Taking in the summer breeze on St Marys Island in Tynemouth on Sunday cleared the air but falling on the rocks hurt like hell. Looks like the creature from the sea made an appearance as well. 6 am morning runs are also offcially not the greatest idea when your still as sleep, but needs must.Some great Outpost news will be posted shortly as well as the ID from IT company Blue Mouse which is looking awesome.
